Managed Proposal Team
The human-led Managed Proposal Team provides additional execution capacity for proposal work. Customers assign work and receive finished artifacts, not AI tools to deploy or administer.
Work you can request
- Solicitation assessment and compliance matrices
- Response planning, outlines, and supporting research
- Drafting and revision of response sections
- Review coordination and agreed submission artifacts
Your SMEs provide strategy, source facts, direction, and approval of consequential commitments. A THINK Strategist assigns and reviews the work. Requests can be made by meeting, email, or Customer Portal. Customers receive notifications when work is ready for review, revisions, or approval, with delivery through agreed systems.
See Managed Capture Team for upstream pursuit work.
